Ashwagandha: Rejuvinating, balancing, strengthening, and calming action on the nervous system.
Ashwagandha decreases the likelihood that the brain will cannibalize its own cells, reducing cognitive defect and memory loss in diseases such as Alzheimers.
Lions Mane: May improve cognitive function by stimulating the creation of two important compounds, Nerve Growth Factor (NGF) and brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF).
